Rich Johnson is the founder and Strategic Advisor at Lexiant. With over 20 years in the business world with a wide range of experience including founding four companies, managing many cross functional teams Rich found himself in the position of advisor to others.

Having started multiple businesses from the ground up he knows how hard it can be. While many had offered to pay for advisory services he always took a "help first" approach.

Rich began to pursue like minded partners to wanted to bring maximum value and minimal, if any, cost to others and that is how Lexiant Advisors was born.

Lexiant Advisors is the connector between businesses and the best business solutions available. Rich and his team carefully vet solutions around the country and offer the very best to their customers. To date over 90% of our services never cost a customer a single penny.
