Rich Johnson is the founder and strategic advisor at Lexiant. With over 20 years in the business space ranging from restaurant management to health insurance to banking to real estate to home services Rich often found himself advising other business leaders.

Time and time again Rich would be asked what he would charge for various projects but he always fell under the conviction that he wanted to be the type of person he had needed in his hardest times. The person who was there to help with no agenda.

Thinking he couldn't possibly be the only one Rich began to look into who else was out there and he found partners nationwide who had the same mantra of helping others first. That is how Lexiant Advisors was born.

Over the years services have continued to grow and expand with 90% of our services never costing our customers a penny and meeting them right where they are at.
